1970- Born in Seoul, Korea

 

I majored in ceramic design at Hongik University in 1990, during which time I became engrossed with modeling. I began studying ceramic modeling at the Hongik University Department of Ceramics in 1996. 
Since then I have produced ceramic craft items while running my own studio. 
I produced and set up a ceramic mural at the Westin Chosun Busan where I highlighted the correlation between ceramic sculptural work and architecture. 
I have worked in spatial installation, public art, and ceramic murals since moving to my present studio in 2002.
